Read more...North Murray High School technically opened last year, but its students were housed in the old Gladden Middle School building for the entire year while a permanent facility was under construction. Today, an estimated 800 juniors, sophomores and freshmen open the new school off Mount Carmel Church Road. North Murray is the first new high school in the Murray County Schools system since 1934.
